Here are some common questions and answers

 Face2faces is a hybrid communication platform that combines the immediacy of traditional messaging with structured tools for organizing and storing your exchanges. It enables you to collaborate in real time, while building a reusable collective memory.

Face2faces offers them a clear interface for structuring exchanges and covering all aspects of the project (e.g. Finance, Marketing, Sales...), for better coordination between all team members.

In the Contacts tab, click on the "Share" button.
Select the people you wish to invite from your existing contacts, or add new collaborators via their e-mail address, what's up or other social networks.

In each project, exchanges are organized in two complementary ways:
1. Instant thread
- For fast, fluid messages, as in a classic messaging system (such as WhatsApp or Slack).
- Everyone can reply live.
2. Structured blocks
- To organize messages by subject, with a title, a recipient (or several), and attachments.
- Each block works like a face-to-face discussion, making it easy to read and follow up.
- Ideal for important points, official documents or decisions to be validated.

Find my messages or documents in less than 10 seconds
Face2faces offers you a multi-filter advanced search form, designed for immediate access to useful information. You can search :
- By project
- By subject or topic of exchange
- By sender, receiver or copied members
- By unanswered message
- By document type (PDF, Word, Excel, image, etc.)
- By period (date to date)
- And, of course, by keywords in the content of messages or documents.

No, Face2faces doesn't yet integrate voice and video calls (that's coming soon).
However, we do have the audio note, which is very popular with our customers.

Yes they are end-to-end encrypted, they are RGPD , they are hosted at OVH in France 🇫🇷

 Data is stored on secure servers in the EU, in compliance with RGPD at OVH.

Yes, Face2faces is available on iOS and Android, in addition to the web version.

 Go to "My account" > "Subscription" and select the desired plan. Changes are effective immediately.

Yes, all invoices are available in your "Invoicing" area.

Face2faces lets you easily import and organize DOCUMENTS from external tools, such as :
- Documents shared by e-mail (by transfer or integration),
- Documents shared via WhatsApp and other messaging services,
- Documents shared by cloud applications such as Google Drive or Dropbox.

Imported content can be stored in the Instant Thread or in a structured block, as required.

Cancellation is quick, easy and non-binding:
1. Access your Face2faces account.
2. Go to Settings > Subscription.
3. Click on "Unsubscribe" and confirm your choice.

Termination will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Your data will remain accessible and exportable even after termination.

 You can download your data before closing your account. Once terminated, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
